Who we are
Hypnotherapy Plus was established in 2003 and specialises in offering brief, modern and effective therapeutic techniques to adults and young people in Devon.
Rachel Gaubert is the therapist at Hypnotherapy Plus and owner of the practice. She has many years experience both as a social worker and hypnotherapist, and has attained the Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice awarded by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.
Most importantly, she is deeply committed to using her skills, training and expertise to assist others in achieving the changes they want in their lives, with the minimum intervention necessary.
She feels strongly that therapy should be a positive and empowering experience, providing people of all ages with practical ways to release problems and build on their own strengths and resources.
